• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions or other factors outside our control, and will endeavour to notify you promptly if this occurs

5. Property Access and Responsibility

By booking our services, you confirm that:

• You are the property owner or have authority to authorize work on the property
• You will ensure our team has safe and reasonable access to your property on the scheduled service date
• Any pets, obstacles, or hazards on the property will be addressed prior to our arrival

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing property conditions, hidden underground features (irrigation systems, cables, etc.) that were not disclosed to us, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Payment

• Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking or invoicing
• Overdue accounts may be subject to a late fee or suspension of services
• We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances

7. Satisfaction and Complaints

We take pride in our work and want every customer to be satisfied. If you are not happy with a service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work with you to make it right.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Bobby Lawn Care’s total liability for any claim arising from our services or website shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
